Support from LTH to participate in the LU Agenda 2030 research school

Professor Sara Ek has received 1.2 MSEK in support from LTH to participate in the LU Agenda 2030 research school with the project “ Deepened understanding of the connection between symptoms, psychological resilience and molecular factors in patients with chronic skin cancer” . The project is connected to an ongoing clinical trial, BIO-MUSE, headed by Kristina Drott Skåne University Hospital and in collaboration with Karolinska Institute. The trial aims to identify novel biomarkers for improved treatment stratification of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. A doctoral student will be recruited in the joint Agenda 2030 call and supervised by Sara Ek, Faculty of Engineering, Kristina Drott, Faculty of Medicine and Per Johnsson, Faculty of Social Sciences.
