Peter Ellmark is Chief Scientific Officer at Alligator Bioscience, Lund, and he has more than 20 years’ experience of developing antibodies for immunotherapy of cancer. He holds a PhD and an Associate Professorship in Immunotechnology. He brings valuable expertise from biotech industry and his activities at the Department of Immunotechnology will strengthen the education and research fields within immunooncology and catalyze new constellations and research projects aiming to address the need for better translational models to assess biological drug candidates.

His part-time position (approx. 20%) at Department of Immunotechnology is enabled by a generous grant from the Swedish Foundation of Strategic Research.
