Swedish National Bioinformatics Infrastructure

The Swedish National Bioinformatics Infrastructure (NBIS) is providing infrastructure and project support in bioinformatics for Swedish life science research. I am working part time for the infrastructure as national coordinator for short-term bioinformatics support in proteomics. Within this role I am also coordinating the building of informatics infrastructure for mass spectrometry proteomics labs. Main focus is currently on providing automated mechanisms for data storage and data dissemination.
