Current projects

We are currently working in several protein biomarker projects:

• Classification of breast cancer using proteomics - collaboration with SCAN-B researchers
• Plasma biomarkers in ageing - collaboration with Sonya Vasto
• Potato biomarkers - collaboration with SLU
• Bull fertility proteomics - collaboration with SLU
