The Department was granted support (a total of 9 MSEK) for four research projects by the Swedish Research Council:

  • Prof. Carl Borrebaeck: Global proteome analysis based on group-specific antibodies and mass spectrometry.
  • Assoc. prof. Malin Lindstedt: Prediction of compounds that cause sensibilisation of airways and skin using an alternative cell-based test system.
  • Dr. Johan Malmström: PPSIMS: Mass spectrometric analysis of protein-protein interactions on the bacterial surface.
  • Assoc. prof. Christer Wingren:  Next generation antibody-based micromatrices  for focused and global analysis of protein expression patterns and functional properties.
